Hi, I'm Andrei.Originally from Romania and based in Ireland for over 20 years, I've worked as a coach since 2011, helping everyone from complete beginners to competitive athletes move better, perform better and enjoy training.Since 2020, I've travelled extensively, exploring different cultures, training methods and some of the world's most incredible places.I moved to Sardinia because of its lifestyle, people, food and natural beauty. My partner is Sardinian, and after spending time here, I knew this was the perfect place to create something special.Elevate Sardinia combines my passion for coaching, travel, adventure and authentic human connection.My goal is simple: create unforgettable experiences where guests train, explore, relax and leave with memories and friendships that last long after the retreat ends.
